My thoughts:  The starkness of pure white paper for this beautiful work of art only enhances the exquisite detail and beauty of each pop-up display.

As each stunning page unfurls the detailed pieces a message is conveyed beyond the sheer lovliness of the scene. In the text, the reader is encouraged to Believe in their own innate ability to reach for the stars, achieve a dream, sail the seas, to be a strong achiever.

While we all know that not everyone can actually achieve those far flung goals, we should all be given the opportunity to try to be all that we want to be. To do that which is in our abilities to do. To have the opportunity to gain the knowledge and skills necessary for these goals.

        Believe......

....... there are possibilities.....

If you enjoy pop-up books, you won't want to miss this latest by skilled master paper engineer and artist Robert Sabuda.

About the  book: Consummate pop-up master Robert Sabuda offers an elegant ode to possibility that will inspire anyone setting off on a new life chapter.

All of life’s possibilities are just a page turn away in this beautiful pop-up book from renowned paper artist Robert Sabuda. Throughout, phrases and images evoking potential (an acorn, an egg, a paper airplane) are answered by a glorious 3-D image on the following spread (a towering tree, a flock of birds, a rocket soaring upward). An ideal gift for graduates from kindergarten to college and beyond, Believe is the perfect way to celebrate life’s passages and look forward to new horizons.

I'd like to win these books to add to my 91 year old mother's collection for her great grandsons and grand nephew. She has a coffee table that's just the right height for kids to grab the book they want and read or be read to. I believe if kids are exposed to books, they'll read more and enjoy life-long learning.
