ReplyDeleteWe use these bars as a meal replacement when we go to amusement parks since most parks have terrible food with long lines at expensive prices. Either the original or gold with the 40-30-30 nutrition would work for us.
ReplyDeleteThe Amy Rosenberg article has some pretty standard ideas for change. My new years goal is to have a cleaner more organized house. So if I use her first item of short term focus or small steps, I would make a plan that perhaps maps out one room per week. Unfortunately I have already done this and completely fallen off my schedule as I have spent the last 3 weeks organizing one bookcase.
ReplyDeleteI could use help with nutrition and Balance Bars give balanced 40-30-30 nutrition and I could use more energy.
